I am trying to edit the default submittal transmittal form on one of our Newforma Project center Servers to include the Sender ID. I have followed the steps in the help file (which are not specific in some areas) as well as the video (V4) tutorial to no avail.

Can somebody clarify the following for me;
1) Which form specifically should I be editing? (We want the sender ID to be included in the submittal transmittal form)
2) Where would this process be documented in the help system?
3) If I want this default edit to apply to all 5 of my NPC servers - what is the process?
