I have an e-mail that discusses two projects.  How do I file the same e-mail in two separate projects?  Thanks!

There is probably a better way to do this, but this is a dumb workaround:

Save the e-mail to the desktop as an MSG file.  File the e-mail from Outlook in one project.  Open the MSG file on the desktop & file in the other project.  Delete the MSG file from the desktop.

You can also copy the email within your email program and save each copy with a different project within NewForma.

You can also right-click and drag the email to the first project folder in Outlook. You will then receive a menu to Move or Copy. Select Copy. Then left-click drag and drop to the second project (left-click) assumes a move. You can use the right-click to copy to multiple projects.

If you are using Newforma version 7 you can utilize project email addresses and forward the email to each of the project email addresses and Newforma will automatically file them in both projects.

Requires a little setup/configuration but once you are up it works good.

Yes, actually I have to agree with you that with NewForma, there is really a change of things of how things work and I have to say, it really does brings more benefit to each and every one of us without changing the way we work. if it were to compare with the old system and the new one which include the involvement of newforma, you can clearly see the increase in productivity and the reduced risk as well.
