We are interested in using the Info Exchange for our Bidding Documents and wondered if anyone would like to share how they are doing this with Info Exchange. We currently have a SharePoint link on our company website that posts the information for the bid date and who to contact to get the documents. We would like to be able to post the documents for anyone to download that is interested in bidding our projects. We would need the following information if the documents are downloaded:
Contact name and email address
Company Name
Company Address
Company Phone
Is there a way to get this information using Newforma Info Exchange Document Sets?
