Yet some people in your office probably have no problems following multiple steps to manage project information. Why is that?

We heard a simple explanation for it in a recent conversation with Dan Fowler, the chief operating officer of Cromwell Architects Engineers in Little Rock, Arkansas.

We were talking to Dan about his experience implementing Newforma Project Center as a means to manage project information - including Lotus Notes email - at Cromwell.
