We are experiencing multiple external users with the following problem: When they try to access “my expected submittals” from the contract administration => submittals menu - the small dialog box that appears is empty. The only way they can send submittals is via the quick transfer process.
Both claim to be running current IE8 browser w/ pop-up blocker turned off. Is there anything additional I can do to try and trouble shoot this issue?
