send an expected submittal

We are experiencing multiple external users with the following problem: When they try to access “my expected submittals” from the contract administration => submittals menu - the small dialog box that appears is empty. The only way they can send submittals is via the quick transfer process.

Both claim to be running current IE8 browser w/ pop-up blocker turned off. Is there anything additional I can do to try and trouble shoot this issue?

Is it the fly-out menus that are not appearing correctly? In other words, are the users unable to see the “my expected submittals” link? If that is the case, they might try making sure Compatibility View is enabled for IE8. If the Tools - Compatibility View menu is enabled, try clicking on that and see if it makes a difference.
