I keep getting a message “No valid contacts could be extracted from the dropped items” when I try to drag and drop and Outlook contact into the Project Team. I’ve tried changing the views in Outlook, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else experienced this?

This might sound simplistic - but I have noticed that the only times I ran into that problem I had no email address in the contact I was trying to add to the project team.

Try double-checking the email address & see if you still get the ‘no valid contacts’ box….

It seems that the function they claim to have can’t be implemented at all with what you guys are saying here. What did you actually do when you try to drag and drop the email addresses? I have to agree with you that this is actually a very simple matter, but it is quite complicated at hand to solve too. If you could tell us more about your problem in a more detailed manner, that would be great.
