We had a cable pulled from our NPC server, and this is the error:

Service cannot be started. Newforma.Core.Modeling.ModelException: E:\Newforma\Sixth Edition\ProjectSummaries\ProjectSummaryModel.xml does not exist.
  at Newforma.ProjectCenterServerComponents.ProjectCenterServer.GetInstance() in c:\newforma\depot\Solutions\ProjectCenterServerComponents\ProjectCenterServer.cs:line 935

  at System.ServiceProcess.ServiceBase.ServiceQueuedMainCallback(Object state)

I can’t get the service to start.  I’m not sure what i can do.  My guess is that when the power was cut, MySQL was in a process and it didn’t get to complete.  Please tell me there is a quick fix.  Its Friday, but i need to have this guy back online by Monday.  Thanks in advance.

We also just had a power outage with the same result.  We get the same error in the event log and what looks to be a corrupted ProjectSummaryModel.xml file.  I can’t find a recent backup of that file so I’m wondering if there is a way to recreate it?

I was able to find a backup of that file from the night before the power outage and swap it out.  After starting the server service all is back to normal.  Now I will seriously look into replacing those UPS batteries.
