We had a consultant’s submittal reviewer response come through Info Exchange, however it was misfiled under the wrong submittal.  What’s the best way re-assign the reviewer response to the correct location? 

Currently we’ve come up with simply copying the file to the desktop and recreating from scratch the reviewer response in the correct submittal, and undoing the action in the incorrect submittal. 

Is there a better way?  As Newforma is built on pointers, I would have figured that you could easily re-assign the initial file…

  What you are doing now as a work-around appears to be the best way. Unfortunately, (in 6th edition) when you Undo the submittal action it’s not clearing out the relationship between the transfer and the selected submittal so it doesn’t prompt you again the next time you try to record the transfer as a reviewer response. I’ll make sure this is addressed in the next release.
