Does anyone else out there use the Avaya phone system that shows voicemails in your outlook inbox?  I believe it is called Avaya Modular Messaging. 

Many of our PMs save these messages, but Newforma will not let us copy to the project with the Outlook tools.  We get an error stating that they are unrecognized items. 

Has anyone else had this issue, and found a solution?

Try dragging and dropping these messages onto the Newforma Project Email activity center.  Please let us know if that works for you!
