When we are trying to file items through the “File In Project” button on the toolbar in Outlook we have all of a sudden lost the ability to file into Action Items, Submittals, etc under the “Another Project Location”.  We are still able to file to a specific folder.  Even if we click on the “...” button and try to find the Action Items, Submittals, etc nothing shows up except for Project Folders and timeline events.

This is true for all users in the office.

Troubleshooting that I have done thus far:
1. All action items, submittals, etc are in tact for projects in Newforma.
2. Re-booted Outlook.
3. Click on “File Items” to reset folders in Outlook.

I was wondering what would cause this and how to rectify.
