From our testing, transfers were uploading and downloading fine.
We also noted that the project and subsequent transfers appeared within minutes on the Info Exchange server.

If this is reported to you again, you know how to reach us -
We we will open a new case. We saw no evidence of failures.

The replication of project information to InfoExchange should typically happen within minutes.  Please open a support case and we will dig into the problem for you.

when contractors are added to the projects it takes no less than 3 hours for any files that they are allowed to download to become visiable to them.
Is this because of AD permissions replication of somee kind or a Newforma setting?
is there any way to speed this up and reduce the time.
I am getting a fair amount of push back from contractors that “can’t find files”
