Outlook toolbar MIA?

User has installed Newforma on his notebook.  Outlook displays Newforma toolbar.  User takes notebook out of office and VPNs into office network.  Fires up Newforma and Outlook, everything normal.  Today, he’s back in the office and Outlook no longer has the Newforma toolbar.  Right-click in the Outlook toolbar area and it isn’t even listed as an option.

How does one go about restoring the Newforma toolbar in Outlook?

uhhhh, new to Newforma - found that the Outlook had disabled the plug-in.  We found this thru the Newforma help…Diagnostics….MS Outlook diagnostics.
