I realize this request doesn’t affect the typical drafstman/architect/engineer in my staff, presumably others as well to some extent, however our admins and project managers would greatly benefit from Newforma somehow improving multitasking from one project to the next.

The Newforma client is largely a single-project interface and understandably so.  ...how often does a draftsperson truly browse from one project to the next?  Not here, at least.

But our admins and PM’s are on the phone with many clients and contractors every day and the Newforma interface is quite cumbersome to shoot around in - in comparison to numerous Windows Explorer windows.  I don’t know if it’s a performance issue or an interface issue but a specific subset of user demographic seems to find it too project-specific.

Whatever that’s worth to you guys, and I certainly have no answers to suggest.
