Outlook 2007 service pack 2 will not close

I have a user running Outlook 2007 SP2, on Windows XP SP3 with Newforma 6th.
When he shuts down his Outlook it stays hung up and will not close all the way down. Even if you trys to stop the task through task manager. He has to reboot his computer.

any suggestions?

I’m sure it’s not what you want to hear but I’m running Outlook 2007 SP2 on XP SP3 and Newforma 6ed without such an issue.  Nothing relevant in Event Logs?
