I like the snapshot tool too. It’s the easiest way to take a snapshot and really better than pressing that print screen button.

This tool interferes with the keyboard shortcuts in adobe acrobat (not sure about other software.

When I have closed newforma the icon in the system tray remains open and when clicking ctrl+s in adobe it opens the snapshot tool opens instead.

To me it would make sense for this feature to be disabled when newforma is closed.

How can I disable the snap shot tool?

You can change the short-cut key via the options menu. Launch Newforma and click the Preferences button in the toolbar. The last option will be Set Preferences.

In there you can switch the shortcut option for the snapshot tool.

oh, and the images taken by the snap shot tool are pretty good - I can see this being useful - I just needed my short cut keys back!
