DWF files w/ comments/responses?

I just got a service request from a user at our office with this question and I have no idea how to answer it:

Newforma doesn’t seem able to view DWF pages with comments/responses.  Is this a matter of proper settings or is it impossible for Newforma to do?

Hello, There are no known limtations related to DWF comments. Would it be possible for you to send us a DWF file that we can investigate?

I have the file in question and we opened it a couple other machines and they also experienced the same thing.  So it’s looking like the file is having the issue.  There are comments on the first sheet and M-801.  Neither sheets shows up in the Newforma viewer. Do you want me to just attach the file in an email to support@newforma?
