Action item assigned to you

A user brought this to my attention.  He was CC’d on an Action item.  The email states “An action item has been has assigned to you”  Since the message states that it had been assigned to you he started to look into it until he noticed it wasn’t assigned to him, but another user.  Could it state who it was assigned to so the people that were CC’d on it don’t think it’s them?  Also there is an extra “has” in the form.  Not sure if that’s something I can edit or not.  This is using 5th edition. See screen shot, it is of the email Randy received.

Hi Sean,

We have heard about the CC issue from some other customers.  We are looking to address this in a future release.  The extra “has” in the action item notification template is something that is not editable, but that will be fixed in a future release also.
