Is this because of AD permissions replication of somee kind or a Newforma setting?

I know I can delete folders. However, being a data hog, I don’t want to lose the information that has been recorded/associated with that folder, which is what I fear will happen when I delete it from Info Exchange.

Can I organize those folders after the fact? Ie, have an expired folder that holds all of the expired folders, thereby unclogging the main web screen?

What is the best practice for filing submittal reviewer response packages recieved through NIX? When I recieve a file transfer through NIX it creates a zipped archive folder of the contents on our server and I can file it as a submittal reviewer response. If this transfer contains multiple submittal responses, is there a way to ‘re-recieve’ the transfer multiple times in order to associate each response with their respective submittal?

(e.g. - When a submittal package is recieved through email, I am able to ‘re-open’ the email in Outlook and file it multiple times in different locations.)

The only work around I have been able to come up with is creating a ‘dummy’ submittal reviewer response and then going into the archived folder and attaching the respective response as a supporting document.

Thoughts?

Thanks.
