An external team member has been given access to Info Exchange, then they can upload shop drawings and other submittals that may be too large to email.  They would simply login to the website and choose the project they would like to upload the submittal.  Then, they would select Contract Administration from the task panel and select Send a Submittal. They would enter the submittal ID, subject, and select the internal team member that is receiving the submittal. They can also add any remarks. Finally, they would browse to select the submittal or a zipped file if there are multiple files and click Send Submittal. http://www.newformant.com/index.php/199/
