Project Timeline calendar subscriptions fail to update

Newforma would like to pro-actively make its customers aware of an issue that has been encountered with Project Timeline functionality.  Specifically, the issue impacts project team members subscribed to project calendar via Info Exchange (see Project Timeline to Microsoft Outlook and Update It Automatically for more information on that process).  When events in the calendar are updated, those updates can cause Info Exchange to stop publishing updates to calendar subscribers.

There is a VERY quick and easy fix to this issue which would need to be executed one time on your Info Exchange server.  If you would like to receive this fix, please send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) requesting the “Update for the MySQL stored procedure for Project Timeline”.  The Support team will send you a transmittal with the necessary instructions and executables to perform the fix.
