Comments:

We applied this update at our organization last night and things have gone well.  In particular, (very) long file name support appears to be improved and we are getting some useful feedback on the NPCS side when it can’t access files due to file names being over the maximum allowed by the Windows operating system.  Prior to this update, files that couldn’t be accessed were silently ignored.
