A Newforma customer who was involved in a large Coliseum project used Newforma Project Center (NPC) search to avoid a serious potential project failure.  In a meeting, the seating manufacturer out of the blue told them that the seats they have specified were going to cost three times the original cost our customer had planned on.  The chair manufacturer claimed that that was the price they had given six months before.  Our customer left the meeting did a search using NPC found the original quotes from the manufacturer from six months before printed them. They then went back to the meeting calling the manufacturer on the change resulting in the manufacturer having to revert back to their original quote.
