Technical support is primarily managed by your company’s I.T. team. If you have issues or problems with Newforma Products, contact your I.T. team. You I.T. team has the necessary tools and knowledge to diagnose and solve many issues you may encounter. If they have questions or run into issues they cannot solve, they have the necessary contact information to reach out to the Support team at Newforma.
General technical questions and information regarding best practices for hardware, network configuration, client deployment methods may be posted here for the benefit of the Newforma Community.
