Newforma will find duplicate files and folders on your project server that may be taking up unnecessary space. In order for Newforma to consider the files a duplicate,they must have the same name,sizes, and modified date.  In order for a folder to be considered a duplicate folder, all the files within the folder must have the same name, size, and modified dates as another folder.

Select the Project Files Activity Center and select the root folder of the Project,then from the Folder Task,select Utilities/Find Duplicate Files
