As a Newforma Global Project Administrator, You have the ability to toggle the correct access to the activities in Newforma.  To do this go to the Newforma Admin Console, Switch to the Project Center Users Tab, select(ctrl to select multiple) the individual or individuals that you need to edit, r-click and select “Modify License”.  Select Express or Professional, set whether the user is should be an Global Administrator, If a user needs access to Submittals and RFI’s (to log or modify) the user must have a professional license and then you can select the Construction Administration box and this will allow that user or those users to Add or modify any Submittal or RFI.
