To complete this you would edit these specific settings on one project, export this project to a Template

Edit out all settings except for the set that you want to apply to your other projects.  The example below contains the Submittal Action Table only.  Note: Make sure you leave the start and end flags for the table, noted in yellow.

In the Administration console, in the Projects tab, select all of the projects you want to apply these settings to and select the Apply Project Settings link in the task panel.

This will apply all of your changes to these settings in each of these projects.
