Newforma is pleased to present SWBR Architects with our inaugural Creative Adoption of Newforma “CAN Do” award. We appreciate SWBR’s “CAN Do” attitude with an adaptation of NBC’s popular TV show The Biggest Loser. Similar to the TV show SWBR is encouraging their employees to lose Inbox “weight”. The goal of this program is to instill good email management habits during the initial rollout of Newforma.
Each month, for 4 months, two prizes will be given. The first prize goes to the employee that reduces their Outlook Exchange Box size (KB) by the highest percentage from month to month. The second prize goes to the employee that has the highest percentage reduction in the number of emails in their Outlook Exchange Box from month to month. The prizes are a choice of two movie tickets or an equivalently valued carwash. At the end of the four months, there will be two grand prizes of gift certificates to area restaurants/businesses.
Unlike actual weight loss, the reduction of email Inbox size (in KB or total number of email) is not visible. As such, SWBR prints the attached spreadsheet in poster size and places it on each floor of their building in highly visible locations.
Newforma presented SWBR with both a certificate as well as one free remote training session. We appreciate their willingness to share their creative way of encouraging their employees to leverage Newforma in reducing their Inbox as well as help the firm manage risk.
