If another project folder is added to a project with the intent to replace the existing folder, there is a chance the old folder may still be referencing related items, causing an error when trying to remove it.  To correct this situation, perform the following steps:

1. In Newforma Project Center Administration, double-click the project with the broken link.
2. Ensure that the current project folder is marked as the ‘Primary’ folder.  If it is not, select the current project folder and click the ‘Make Primary’ button.

3. Click the OK button to save changes.
4. Back on the ‘Projects’ tab, ensure the same project is selected and click ‘Re-path a Folder’ from the ‘Tasks’ pane on the left.
5. Provide the UNC path of the original location and the UNC path of the new location and click OK.

6. After the ‘Re-path a Folder’ operation has completed, the project folder with the broken link can be removed.
