For Outlook 2007 users, you can add the Project Timeline Calendar to your Outlook calendar and subscribe to updates. In Project Timeline, in the Task, select Timeline Utilities/Add to Microsoft Outlook and subscribe to updates. You will see the Project Timeline Calendar appear in Outlook as a separate calendar and you can choose to overlay the calendars or see them side by side.
