A principal at one of our customers loves the fact that he can answer questions from one of his clients while on the phone. He would get questions like: how many of this type of seats do we have in our project? Prior to Newforma he would have to either open the documents in the CADD software or find the plans and start counting. This would require getting back to his client at some point in the future. With Newforma he now opens the drawing, points at one chair and Newforma automatically tells him how many of that chair exists all while the client is on the phone.
