How do I add meeting requests to the Project Timeline calendar?

If you receive a meeting request in Outlook,select the meeting request and on the Newforma toolbar in Outlook select File As a New Timeline Event. Choose the Project from the list and click OK. Any information that came from the meeting request will appear in gray and can not be edited in Newforma. You must edit the information in Outlook and update the changes. The meeting event will appear on the Project Timeline Calendar.
