1. You will need to create a Project List report, from Reporting on the navigation tree at the left.
2. In the Search field, create a search query that finds all the projects you want to export.
3. In the Options dialog box on the Activites tab uncheck all the boxes, you will then want to configure the Groups tab so that the only group is project number.
4. The columns tab should have the following Columns enabled:

Project
Long Name
Status
Project Type
Description
Project Manager
Client Name
Project Address1

Then Preview the report, select Download Report from the top, choose the Excel Data format.
