With Fifth Edition now officially released, we wanted to provide you with some information to help you prepare for the upgrade.  Attached is a document with some critical Fifth Edition Upgrade & Training Considerations.

We are offering services to help with the upgrade of our software as well as What’s New in Fifth Edition training. On Tuesday, May 27, 2008, you will receive all of the information necessary for the upgrade via a Newforma transmittal.

Please note:

The “Fifth Edition Upgrade Considerations.pdf” attached to this posting has been updated with three new pieces of information including (in summary):

1. A license file is required PRIOR to upgrading to Newforma Fifth Edition.
2. There are two new requirements for the installation of Outlook installed on the Project Center Server.
3. Customized project Categories from Fourth Edition need special consideration as Global Disciplines in Fifth Edition.
