To add aesthetic value to the “Newforma - Items to File” folders, the five character project code can be removed from the “Items to File” label.  The steps below describe how to change the “Items to File” label for a specific project:

1. From the Newforma Project Center Administration activity center, select the “Projects” tab.
2. Right click on the project and select “Edit Settings”.

3. Click the “Admin” tab.
4. In the ‘Project Email” section, change the “Email folder label” to a suggested label or type in a completely new label.

5. Click OK to save the settings of the project.
6. The label within Outlook will update the next time Newforma auto-files or when the Newforma Outlook add-on “Synchronizes” with the project.
